Chain Set is an Armor Set in Elden Ring. Chain Set is a Lightweight armor that provides a good balance of defensive properties, with Slash being the strongest. Sets of Armor in Elden Ring are composed of four armor pieces which are Helms, Chest Armor, Gauntlets, and Leg Armor.

• The Chain Set is the most easily available set of armor for a new character, being located very close to the start of the game and not too expensive to purchase, which makes it a good choice for starting classes who would otherwise lack early-game protection.
• The Tree Surcoat and Eye Surcoat can be used as an alternative to the Chain Armor in the Chain Set.
