Highland Axe is a Axe in Elden Ring. The Highland Axe scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity and is a fine Weapon for combat when an attack boost is needed. The skill that accompanies this weapon can temporarily increase attack power and modify its charging attacks.
Single-sided axe used by the warriors of the highlands.
Brave combatants begin battle by crying out their names. Roars are enhanced by this weapon.
Elden Ring Highland Axe Notes & Tips
- Weapon Skill: War Cry
- This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War and buffed with Magic and Consumables
- Highland Axe can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones
- Passively increases the damage of Roars by 10%. Stacks with Roar Medallion, but does not stack with another Highland Axe.
- Roar ability does NOT need to be equipped to this weapon in order for the buff to take effect
- A direct upgrade to the Battle Axe. While both weapons have nearly identical stats, the Highland Axe has 110 Critical Damage stat and it has a passive buff to Roars. On the other hand, the Highland Axe has D scaling for Intelligence under Cold infusion path, whereas the Battle Axe has C scaling for Intelligence under Cold infusion path upon reaching +25 upgrade. Moreover, under Occult infusion, the Highland Axe has E scaling for Strength, whereas the Battle Axe has D scaling for Strength.
- The Highland Axe requires one more Dexterity than the Battle Axe in order to be used, but since all classes start with at least 9 Dexterity, it doesn't matter.
- Sell Value: 100.
- NOTE: As of Patch 1.08, the speed and distance of some attacks have been increased and the recovery time has been reduced. Also the stagger damage of Axes’ guard counters has been increased. PVP's poise damage has also been reduced with this patch.
