Twinblade Talisman is a Talisman in Elden Ring. Twinblade Talisman increases the damage of the final hit in an attack chain by 45%. Players can use talismans in Elden Ring to boost a variety of Stats.

A talisman depicting a twinblade and a confessor.
Enhances the final hit ending a chain of attacks.

The twinblade technique is a tradition of the confessors, who closely guard the secret of how they preserve the momentum of their attacks. Thus is the final strike of their onslaught all the more deadly.

Elden Ring Twinblade Talisman Notes & Tips

  • Sell value:

     500

  • Despite the name "Twinblade Talisman" it is quite uneffective on Twinblades and other weapons with long R1 combos. However it is very useful with larger weapons with very short R1 combos (IE Colossal WeaponsColossal Swords and Great Spears)
  • Works very effectively with both the L1 attack combos of dual Spears and dual Great Spears.
  • On a 3 hit light attack combo, the dmg bonus increase of the total combo is about 13.6%. Or ~15.4% if calculating with Motion values
  • You can start with a heavy attack, replacing the first attack in a light attack combo, and still proc the final hit. This seems good for 3 hit combo weapons giving you a Heavy + Light + Light attack combo.
  • Does not work with heavy attack combos or Ashes of war combos.
  • Patch 1.09: Effect increased from 20% to 45%.
